On this tour, visitors may be invited to try their hand at this unique craft followed by a tour of Nungwi village.

Next stop is a visit to the Nungwi turtle sanctuary and aquarium. The turtles here, are brought to the sanctuary after they have been caught in fisherman’s net and have been injured. Once they reach a certain size, they release them back into the Ocean.
